NACTE verification 2022/2023, The National Council for Technical Education (NACTE) is a corporate body established by the National Council for Technical Education Act, 1997 (Act No. 9 of 1997). The Act provides a legal framework for the Council to coordinate the provision of technical education and training and establish an efficient national qualifications system that will ensure that products from technical institutions are of high quality and respond to changing needs as well as technological innovations in the world.
Verification results 2023
The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NACTVET) informs the public that the results of the verification of the qualifications of those who applied to join various programs for the first phase for the batch of September 2023/2024 have been officially released today on July 28, 2023.
Admission for the 2023/2024
An academic year started on May 21, 2023, until July 16, 2023. Applicants for Diploma and Diploma programs applied for admission to various colleges in Tanzania Mainland and the islands. Colleges received applications from applicants and then made selections based on the merits of the programs offered by those colleges.
Nacte student verification results. A total of 24,774 applicants from 165 colleges were selected by the colleges, and submitted to NACTVET for review from July 17 – 21, 2023. 22,729 applicants equal to (92%) of all applicants (women 11,910 (52%) and men 10,819 ( 48%) have met the criteria to join the programs they chose.
In addition, a total of 1,922 applicants equal to (8%) of all applicants did not have the criteria to join the programs they chose, women were 972 (51%) and men were 950 (49%). The names of the verified applicants have already been sent to the colleges.
All applicants submitted to NACTVET for review have been sent a message with a code through mobile numbers submitted by the colleges. The code will be used to verify their admission and qualifications in the programs they were selected through the NACTVET website www.nacte.go.tz by clicking on the “Verification results 2023” button.
Applicants who have been reviewed and found to not meet the criteria for the programs they applied for are advised to apply for other programs during the second phase that will start from July 28 to September 10, 2023.
The results of the review for the second phase will be released on October 2, 2023. Studies for those selected will officially begin on October 16, 2023.

Verify agreeing to join courses administered by the National Council for Technical Education (NACTE).
The student will make a confirmation through the link to the so-called UTHIBITISHO TAMISEMI 2021 on the Council website National Institute of Vocational Education (NACTE) which is www.nacte.go.tz to accept nominations for the course and colleges assigned to them.
A student who will not accept an opportunity will be given to other students who continue to apply to colleges so by the way network.
Students who need to make a course or college changes when selected are allowed to do so from the start now via the NACTE website www.nacte.go.tz.
The colleges that are scheduled for students, will get a list of selected from NACTE through the System (through Institution Pannel) after the validation period and the shift is completed.
Instructions on how to enroll students to report to Colleges to start courses will be provided by the National Council of Technical Education (NACTE).
Graduated students at MOSHI Cooperative University and Mbeya University of Science and Technology will not be involved with NACTE’s changing procedure, thus they should contact the respective colleges.
