The Midway Learnership Programme is an entry-level transformation initiative aimed at constructing a sustainable pipeline of proficient human beings who will aid enterprises in the assembly of their goals by way of addressing the existing lack of abilities inside the monetary offerings sector.
A qualification, coupled with the FSCA regulatory assessments RE5, will enable newbies to practice for expert membership of the Insurance Institute of South Africa (IISA) in the designation class of IISA Member (MIISA).
The leadership integrates realistic information transfer and consists of each structured work experience and structured gaining knowledge with an accepted coaching provider.
Minimum Requirements:
-ONLY candidates in possession of a Grade 12 Certificate with:
-Minimum ignore mark of 50% for English and a Second Language
-Minimum skip mark of 40% for Mathematics or minimal pass-by mark of 60% for -Mathematics Literacy
-South African citizen
-Applicants should no longer have more than 1 yearr of work experience
-Unemployed
-Between the a long time of 18 – 35
Applicants have to not be reading with any different establishments whilst on the Learnership
Applicants need to no longer have been on a Short-Term Insurance Learnership via INSETA
NB. Persons with an incapacity have to produce a scientific observation confirming the nature of the disability.
